Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is so important! If you are not fully satisfied with
your book you have 15 days from your order date (or the date we received
your payment) to notify Planters Genealogy Publications of your
intention to return it for a full refund. The book must be in it's
original condition to qualify for a refund. Any evidence that the book
has been damaged, soiled, written in, photocopied, or spoiled in any way
will disqualify the customer from a refund. Shipping charges to return
a book are at the expense of the customer and a refund will only be
issued after the book has been received by Planters Genealogy
Publications.
In the unlikely event that your book arrives damaged, please contact us
and we'll discuss options to address the issue; either to send a new
book or to issue a partial refund. Costs incurred to mail back a
damaged book(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
